Robertson Ward boasts an impressive global record for design, with over sixty individual hotel properties ranging from large scale resorts and convention centres to fully sustainable eco-tourism resorts. The designs of Robertson Ward include an extensive range of high-end projects incorporating golf courses, marinas, hotels, residences, apartments, condominiums and other quality resort facilities.

In addition to design, Robertson Ward provides full advice on site selection, concepts and feasibility studies, and provides a full complement of services through contract documentation to project completion. Resorts that proudly represent the design achievements of RWA vary from the 750 key Radisson Cable Beach Hotel in The Bahamas to the “boutique” style family operated 27 key Treasure Beach Hotel in Barbados.

Additional resort projects within the Caribbean include the original Sandy Lane Hotel , Heywood’s Holiday Village, Holiday Inn, Sandpiper Inn and Marriott’s Sam Lords Castle , all of which are located within Barbados. Others include the Orient Express La Samanna Hotel and Villas in St. Martin, the Mill Reef Club in Antigua, La Toc and Cap Estate in St. Lucia, the Holiday Inn and Mabouya Island Resort in Grenada, the Sans Souci Hotel in Jamaica and the Cotton House Hotel in Mustique.

In the Bahamas, projects of interest include the Cotton Bay Club, the Radisson Cable Beach Resort and the redeveloped Emerald Beach Hotel. Others include the extensively renovated Trust House Forte branded Nassau Beach Hotel, the Romora Bay Club in Harbour Island. In Spain, projects include Las Colinas de Marbella, in Tahiti, Point Tataa, and in the U.K. two Holiday Inns located in Newcastle and Slough. In Australia, projects include the Sydney Airport Hilton and the South Stradbroke Island Resort.
