Richard John Hammon Paine
Director
With thirty-nine years of experience as an architect, Mr. Paine is the President of Robertson Ward Associates Limited, The Bahamas, and a Director of Robertson Ward International Limited. An architect and planner, Mr. Paine has been involved in a variety of mixed-used projects, including master planning leisure and resort destinations, hotels, commercial and retail offices and custom residential projects.
Mr. Paine has worked extensively within the Caribbean basin, the USA and Canada, Australia and the UK. His design ethic blends carefully considered environmental planning practices, and focuses on developing designs that accommodate and enhance local climatic conditions and respect the sustainability and preservation of natural resources.
